Capital Improvements

Heritage Golf Group is dedicated to enhancing the Member Experience by investing in capital improvements and upgrading the amenities of their clubs. The following section provides an overview of the planned capital improvements that will be implemented over the next few years.

Golf

All four golf courses will undergo capital improvements on a rotating schedule throughout the next few years. Each golf course will be closed for renovation with an anticipated opening based on turf conditions in the fourth quarter of its respective year. All courses will have a complete renovation of their greens and surrounding complexes. There will be additional projects to improve our courses' playing conditions, including drainage, irrigation, bunkers, and tees. The estimated schedule is as follows:

Cypress Links: Currently closed for renovation, anticipated 2024 fourth quarter reopening.
The Legacy Golf Course: Currently closed for renovation, anticipated 2024 fourth quarter reopening.
King’s Dunes: Future renovations in planning stages.
Royal Lakes: Future renovations in planning stages.

Aquatics

LWRG&CC offers two heated swimming pools: a resort-style pool, family-friendly pool and a sports pool ideal for lap swimming or workouts. Both recently renovated, the pools received the following upgrades:

Improved pool decking and new pavers.
Additional sunshades creating the ideal poolside atmosphere.
The Sports Pool converted to a hard-shell pool liner to improve insulation and provide a more comfortable water temperature.

Racquet Sports

In order to accommodate Members growing interest in Tennis and racquet sports, we are pleased to announce the following improvements:

The addition of three new Tennis Courts bringing the total to 23.
Upgrade to LED lighting on 7 of the tennis courts.
Addition of 2 tons of har-tru mix per court.
Painting of all tennis court fences, light poles, and tennis buildings
